The Polin Multidrop multihead depositor offers huge versatility in product creation, providing interchangeable templates and piping options to create thousands of different products quickly and efficiently.

Products that can be made using nozzles and outlets include cupcakes and muffins (with and without inclusions), choux pastry (such as profiteroles and Eclairs), sheet cakes and shortbreads, meringues (either individual nests or fingers), macaroons, Viennese biscuits as well as depositing swirls of icing on to other products, all with depositing options to fill tins, foils or paper baking cases.

As well as deposited products, a wire cut facility with interchangeable templates can produce biscuits and cookies in standard shapes such as round, square and hearts, along with bespoke shapes such as a famous landmark, a flower or an animal.

These machines not only produce a wide range of products, they produce them with speed and efficiency by creating a fast changeover between hoppers and templates. This equates to a more streamlined process, saving time and increasing productivity potentially creating huge cost savings, as well as allowing for growth and product development.

The depositors feature intuitive 7" colour touch-screen controls, which provide easy set-up of up to 1000 product programmes and are also simple to use in production.

This entry level 'Junior' model features a 35 litre capacity hopper, which can be manually fed or filled by transfer pump and achieves 20 deposits per minute or 30 wire cut strokes per minute.
